What
is the church like?
The People:
On a typical Sunday morning you'll see people
ranging in age from teens to our beloved Senior Citizens. You'll find business
men in ties sitting next to college students in shorts and sandals. Really,
you'll find people old, young, and somewhere in between from every race and
culture.
The Staff:
Like we said before, from the Pastors to the
Ushers, we're just normal people who want to love God and love you. The Bible
says that God uses the "foolish things of the world to confound the wise"...I
guess we met the criteria.
Sunday Mornings:
We strive to give God the reigns in everything
here at Reality including the flow of our services. So if He wants us to worship
Him through song all morning, then we definitely aren't going to say "No".
Generally, however, this is what takes place on a Sunday morning:
Prayer: Expressing our heart to God.
Praise: Expressing our love to God.
The Bible (the studying and reading of): God
expressing His heart and His
love to us.
What
about the name?
In a world where many people find themselves asking
the questions: "What is real?" and "What is truth?", we've
found that God and His Word (The Bible), have answers to
all of life's questions. We've discovered that God has never failed us. He's
never abandoned us. On the contrary, He's always loved and cared for us. This
is what's real to us, and what we pray will become real to you. This is...Reality.
